Ramzan ka chand dekhne ki dua sirf chand ki khushi manana nahi hai, balki naye mahine ke liye Allah se barkat aur hifazat mangna hai. Is dua mein hum "Salaamati" aur "Aman" ki dua karte hain, kyunki roze aur ibadat ke liye sehat aur pur-sukoon mahol ka hona zaroori hai. Is dua ka ek khaas hissa hai: "Mera aur tumhara Rab Allah hai"—yeh chand ko mukhatib karke kaha jata hai takay yeh baat saaf ho jaye ke chand sirf ek nishani hai, jabki asli taqat aur ibadat ke layak sirf Allah hai.
