This dua is found in a famous Hadith reported in Jami` at-Tirmidhi (Hadith 3428) and Sunan Ibn Majah. The Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) mentioned that whoever recites this dua upon entering the market, Allah records for them a million good deeds, erases a million sins, and raises them a million ranks.
